A Buckeye man was arrested Monday evening after fatally shooting a man, according to the Maricopa County Sheriff’s Office.
The Buckeye Police Department responded about 6 p.m. Monday in the area of Sunrise Drive and Miller Road to a trespassing call from Javan Berry, 48, who “stated there was a trespasser who ran off but then stated he had shot the trespasser and the person was deceased,” court records say.
